• Get a prompt before sending a reply not only to the sender but also to all its other recipients.
• As a confidential BCC recipient, get a warning before revealing to all the other recipients of an email that you received it, too.
• See at a glance if there are only external, internal or mixed types of recipients.
• Exclude some addresses from the list of recipients before sending.
• Manage a list of addresses you never want to send a reply to.
• The user interface is configurable.
• As an admin you can edit the settings so that the users cannot change them.

If you receive an e-mail as a BCC, then you do so because the sender doesn't want the other recipients to know about that. But because the BCC recipients are confidential, Outlook cannot tell you whether you are a BCC recipient. Let ReplyAll alert you if you are a confidential BCC recipient.
